Trèfle d’Or has 102 apartments in the categories ZD LOC, HM et HM LUP. Delivery: summer 2023.

The light, airy apartments range from three to six rooms with high-quality finishes such as: eSMART solution (digital screen where tenants can check their energy use, among other things), solid oak parquet floors, triple-glazed wood and metal windows, manual fabric blinds on balconies, and ceiling heights of 2.75 metres. There are 75 parking spaces in the underground car park, including 10 with electric charging points. All of this adds up to real variety and excellent quality.

ZD LOC type

ZD LOC is a category of apartments with controlled rent prices for ten years, with no personal subsidies for the tenant and with no official restrictions on the number of people living in the apartment or their maximum income.
